  • Devising a Marketing Plan;
  • Generating web enquiries;
  • Email Marketing;
  • PR / Adverting campaigns;
  • Sales Process Management;
  • Networking and Relationship Building;
  • Lead Generation Techniques;
  • Generating Business From Existing Customers; and
  • Outsourcing Sales Activities.
Business Communication Review

We can help you review the words you use when communicating externally - with your customers, potential customers and the media - or internally - with your employees - to ensure your messaging is clear and consistent. Your external communication should convey a uniform message, no matter the medium you use, but it also needs to reflect the messages you convey internally. Otherwise you risk confusion amongst employees, which could ultimately mean your customers get a confused message, or the wrong message altogether.

A review may encompass, but not be limited to, your website, brochures, company presentations, press releases, intranet and sales letters & proposals. It will identify any issues with your current business communication and make suggestions for areas in which copy could be improved...copy we would of course be happy to write for you. Our reviews can form part of an overall sales and marketing or business development assessment. Once we have resolved any issues we can work with you to provide regular updates to your websites, or copy for blogs, subject to a monthly fee.
